1. For proposals submitted by a unit, please specify the proposing unit and ensure the unit head signs. The "Co-signers" column may be left blank. Proposals submitted by individuals must be co-signed by at least two full-time faculty members (all signatures must be in person).
2. For proposals regarding the amendment of regulations, please follow the agenda formatting requirements: use A4 paper and divide the content into three columns: "Amended Provision," "Current Provision," and "Explanation," printed in portrait orientation. If there are attachments, please include their correct full names as parenthetical notes within the text. Please also attach one copy of the "Comparison Table of Amended Provisions."
