Notes:

1. For proposals of new regulations, please use A4 paper and format the content into two columns: "New Provision" and "Explanation," printed in portrait orientation with horizontal text (Title: 16pt BiauKai font; Body: 12pt BiauKai font).
2. In addition to the proposal form, a proposal for new regulations must include the "Full Text and Explanation of New Provisions," the "Legal Basis for the New Regulation," and other relevant attachments. These should be assembled in the aforementioned order. Electronic files of all documents must be emailed to the College Office (candytp@nccu.edu.tw) within the designated deadline.
