College Faculty Evaluation Committee Meeting - Proposal Form
Notes:
For proposals submitted by a unit, please specify the proposing unit and ensure the unit head signs. The "Co-signers" column may be left blank. Proposals submitted by individuals must be co-signed by at least two full-time faculty members (all signatures must be in person).
For proposals regarding the amendment of regulations, please follow the agenda formatting requirements: use A4 paper and divide the content into three columns: "Amended Provision," "Current Provision," and "Explanation," printed in portrait orientation. If there are attachments, please include their correct full names as parenthetical notes within the text. Please also attach one copy of the "Comparison Table of Amended Provisions."
For proposals regarding new regulations (drafts), a "New Provision Explanation Table" must be attached. Use A4 paper and divide the content into two columns: "New Provision" and "Explanation," printed in portrait orientation.
Please email the electronic files of the proposal form and all attachments to the College Office (candytp@nccu.edu.tw) at least five working days before the meeting. Submissions received after this deadline will not be included in the agenda.
